How to return

- We’ll send a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back within 14 days
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Email team@azflighthoops.com with your order number, the item to exchange, and the size/color you need. We’ll process it based on availability.
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days at team@azflighthoops.com with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
